If you are an indie gamer, you are probably familiar with Subtitle, Toby Fox's Incredible Role-playing Adventure. It's been around since its initial PC release in 2015, eventually arriving on other platforms like PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
Now, there's a little piece of Subtitle in Fortnite now, and fans of both games won't want to miss it. A YouTube user by the name of Mustard Plays just shared his Undertale Sans Battle Deathrun map, which lovingly recreates an RPG battle, with music from Megalovania.
Here are some details on what to expect from this challenge (and boy, is it a challenge), as well as how you can try it out. I can't leave Without having fun after all.
What is the Deathrun Undertale?
Mustard Plays details his creation in the video below, which he calls an "Awesome Subtitle Battle Tribute Card where you fight Sans." “He says it's 'a really tough battle' because he 'tried to replicate the difficulty in this death race.' He makes it clear that 'it's not an easy card.'
The video below shows the details of the map, which is really something. It includes quotes from the game pasted on the walls and in the environment, and also pits Fortnite character against hooded skeletons. There are also a few very tricky rigs as well, but you'll have to time them specifically to avoid dying.
