In addition to the list of tracks that will be coming to the game via DLC, Nintendo has also provided a piece of information that the community will surely appreciate. It states that "the tracks in Pack 1 of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Extra Pass will be playable locally and online starting March 18 in Friends and Opponents mode, even if only one player has the Extra Pass or has access to it through a Nintendo Switch Online + Extra Pass subscription." Starting March 22, Pack 1 routes will also appear in the random selection of global or regional races against online opponents."
