Very good, the exercises are varied and there are several levels and types of yoga to choose from. The fact that you can choose the exact duration of each session also seems to me a plus. Congratulations on this application!

Excellent application. I thought it was a bit expensive but for someone who has the time, the lights and likes yoga it’s perfect. Wonderful

I love this application is very good tells you step by step what to do, has relaxing music and inspires you through challenges to continue practicing yoga, the only detail is that it is in English would be great to have it in Spanish application hopefully include the language in a next improvement.

I love it! The sequences, the music, the voice of the guide, the pranayamas, etc. I use it a lot. As you progress through the classes it gives you the opportunity to unlock new ones. Too bad it is not in Spanish. I congratulate you because I think it is a well thought out app.

The app is great. It is very well thought out for those who are starting to practice yoga. The voice is very pleasant and accompanies the asanas very well. Besides, it manages a system that motivates to continue the practice with discipline. It would be perfect if it allowed to change the language to Spanish.

I recommend her. The sessions are very well planned and have an ideal duration. However, the guide sometimes talks too much and can be distracting. Otherwise, I love it. I hope they will continue to include new sessions.

I love it. It’s easy and understandable. The format is very clear even though the videos are in English. I wish it worked without an internet connection.

It is a very complete app. It’s worth every peso you pay for it. There are a lot of exercises so you donâ??t get bored and you can progressively advance in the world of yoga.

Excellent application, with a variety of routines. One detail to improve: few routines are translated into Spanish and the translations are not very good. I better set it up in English.

I have been using it for a couple of years and I do not change it for any other yoga app, it is the most complete one. Audio in Spanish, connection between asanas. Excellent for a few minutes at home.

Ratings and opinions of Gaia

Excellent. The content is extremely interesting to me. I have discovered things that I would not have imagined and I have obtained answers to certain questions. The information, films, documentaries, series, etc, is really amazing.

I really like the content of Gaia, many kinds of Yogas, good documentaries, etc. As for the application, I think there’s still a lot of room for improvement. For example, when I see a movie halfway through, I can’t pick up where I left off. That is, I have to search manually for the minute. On the other hand, when transmitting content to my Chromecast, the subtitles are not visible, and I cannot change the font or colour.

Great! I love the content and I don’t waste my time watching trash on TV anymore. I should have signed up first! The only handicap I see is that the app does not allow you to configure the download and only lowers to maximum resolution of 1080 which should only be done with Wi-Fi. However, the browser allows you to download the video resolution to the minimum possible and does not consume all the data. So I see it with a browser to the minimum resolution or you melt the data rate. Then at home I watch it with wifi

This channel is very complete, it is useful for my study in the awakening of consciousness, although I would love to have more reports in Spanish so that I don’t have to read translations, details are lost…. Very happy
