Where to find cars in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3

Fortnite players woke up today hoping they could drive Fortnite cars, but we were all in for a huge surprise. Instead of being able to drive cars, all cars in the game have been removed.

The streets are empty, without a single car to find. So the quick answer for now is that you can't find any cars in the game. We will update this guide as more cars are added to the game and as we learn more about what happens. So far, here's everything we know so far.

What happened to the cars?

According to Epic Games, the cars have been recalled by No Sweat Insurance because they are currently investigating auto coverage.

What does it mean?

This means all the cars are gone and you can't drive Fortnite cars right now. Even places like Risky Reels, Retail Row, and Lazy Lake are completely car-free.

You can still find restart vans, buses, trucks, and RVs, but there are no cars to be found.

Why did Epic do this?

We imagine that was a good excuse to declutter the roads. If players are going to be driving cars around the game soon, Epic may have found it best to give us some nice, clear roads to drive on.

When will the cars to drive be added to the game?

At the moment, we just don't know, although we think it will be before the new Weekly Challenges arrive on Thursday July. 23, because they would have car-related activities.

Today we'll be exploring the map with the rest of the community to see what's different in this update and to see if we can uncover any information about the cars. Make sure to come back, because when cars are added it will be updated with information nowhere to find them, and how to drive them.

In the meantime, you can check out the unofficial patch notes for 13:30 p.m. and all the new cosmetics included in the update.
