As you can see at the moment the boxes are fixed, that is they cannot be modified by the user, but it is not certain that in the next builds this setting cannot change. We would like more customization.

The possibility of modification is in fact very limited. You have to go into Settings, System and "Notifications and actions" to change the function of those tiles, but the options are limited. At the moment, from the same page, you can decide which notifications to display, acting on each individual application.

The operation is simple: it is a collection hub for everything that happens in the system and is always very convenient. In this Microsoft has taken from the mobile experience, transporting it to the desktop realm. On the surface this is a trivial feature, but you will find yourself using it very often.
