Frequent failures of Kardia
Troubleshooting: Make sure that you are on the most recent version of the Kardia app.
Replace the battery in your KardiaMobile, especially if you've had it for more than 9 months.
Restart your device.
If you have had your KardiaMobile for more than a year, you may need to replace the battery in your device.
A depleted battery can possibly cause interference in recordings.

Make sure that the battery still has enough charge for the 6L to record.
If you have had the 6L device for more than a year, the battery may need to be changed.
A new battery should last 1-2 years of normal use (2-3 readings a day), if you feel you have to replace the battery in a matter of days, weeks, or months, please contact support as it is less likely to be a battery issue.
