Cresselia is available for a limited time in Pokémon Go. You can find it as an encounter for five star raids. You may have received it as a reward for completing special tasks, such as the Pokémon Go Throwback Challenge awarded in May 2020. When you catch Cresselia, you want to make sure you have the best moves available to use in the Grand or Ultra league.
Cresselia is purely a Psychic-type Pokémon. He has a max CP of 2857, offense of 152, defense of 258, and stamina of 260. It's not a choice you want to make in the Master League, but it's a solid option for coaches who can keep Cresselia below 1500 CP for the Great League, and is an even better choice for Ultra. It is weak on Bug, Dark and Ghost type attacks but excellent against Fighting and Poison types.

Of the quick moves available, Confusion is by far the best option for Cresselia. It's a solid choice and something you want to see on any Cresselia, whether you use it primarily for raids or PVP. When it comes to a charge movement, it gets a little trickier.
While the grass knot is a legacy move, it's probably not the best option. It's a Grass-type attack, and Cresselia can't optimize it either, because it's not a Grass-type attack. You'd better avoid having it on your Pokémon. You mainly want to focus on lunar or future vision, and future vision is the best option. He has the highest DPS of the possibilities, and Cresselia will do additional damage every time he uses it.
Cresselia is only available in Five Star Raids for limited times, so when he's in the current rotation, try using your Elite and base TMs to change his moves.
