Strategic leveling
1. Cost reduction: levels 1 to 3
Purchase the cost reduction tiers first, as they will allow your resources to expand further for all subsequent upgrade purchases.
- Level 1: Public chat Io, Seraph Bunker upgrades cost less to acquire.
- Level 2: On any destination, Rasputin Hand cannon et Submachine gun the acquisitions of weapons frames cost less to acquire.
- Level 3: Io Seraph Bunker's upgrades cost less to acquire.
2. Generation of Warmind bits: levels 1 - 3
Warmind Bits are the most commonly used Season 10 currency for upgrades and weapon frames, so it would be wise to focus on those next ones.
- Level 1: On all destinations, completing the Seraph Tower public event has an additional chance to award Warmind Bits.
- Level 2: Complete Rasputin's weekly bonuses assigns additional Warmind bits.
- Level 3: Complete Meet the encounters, public events, and Patrols have a chance to win a bonus.
3. Io Encrypted Warmind bits: levels 1 - 3
While fewer Encrypted Warmind Bits are required than their regular Bit Warmind counterparts, this currency is also more difficult to obtain, making it a clear third choice to upgrade.
- Level 1: Encrypted Warmind Bits Awarded For Completing Flashpoint, Dungeon and Raid challenges.
- Level 2: Io Rasputin Chests have a chance to return Warmind Encrypted Bits used.
- Level 3: Use Rasputin's point defense systems in a bunker at a reduced cost.
- Point defense systems are still bugged for now, so avoid purchasing any until they are fixed.
Upgrade what works for your strategy
At this point, you can purchase one of the other upgrades, starting with the upgrade you think will benefit you the most and working your way down. Here are the rest of the upgrades:
- Automatic collection of planetary materials
- Level 1: Rasputin's resource frames collect planetary materials while you are busy. Visit the bunker to pick up packages of planetary materials.
- Level 2: Rasputin's storage locker for planetary materials has increased in size: maximum capacity has been increased.
- Level 3: Rasputin's resource frameworks are much more efficient collectors: the collection rate has increased.
- Rasputin Heavy Frame Spawner
- Level 1: The Rasputin Heavy Mount Generator is now available in the Seraph Bunker on Io.
- Level 2: You can now summon heavy images during the Rasputin public event on Io.
- Level 3: You can now summon heavy frames when removing Legendary Lost Sectors on Io.
- Valkyrie Spawner
- Level 1: You can now summon Valkyries when clearing the Seraph Bunker Io.
- Level 2: You can now summon Valkyries during the Rasputin public event on Io.
- Level 3: You can now summon Valkyries in Legendary Lost Sectors on Io.
- Rasputin Rewards Generation
- Level 1: Io Bunker Rank Packages have a chance to award additional Seasonal Gear.
- Level 2: On any destination, opening Rasputin's chests after public events in Seraph Tower has an additional chance to award Seasonal Gear.
- Level 3: Completing Rasputin's Handgun and Machine Gun Frame activities has an additional chance to award additional Seasonal Gear.
