    In the southern Appalachian region, there are two hot spots that facilitate the rearing of Wendigo Colossus spawning grounds. The Wendigo Colossus will only spawn in a nuclear blast zone, so you will need to neutralize the red areas marked on the map above - each area has two possible spawn locations, which makes them the best possible places to bomb.

    If a Colossus Wendigo does not appear in the area marked with a green Point, clear the encounter, kill all enemies and go to the other place. You can recheck these locations after about 5 minutes. An "Assault" event can be found at these locations. There's only a 7% chance that Colossus Wendigo will spawn, so you'll have to keep trying. Check your locations in the blast zones, make sure all enemies are cleared, then check again after the Onslaught event respawns.
