Of the three, only Tornado is in play at the moment. Thundurus and Landorus haven't debuted yet. Tornado is available in raids from February 4 to 25. You can only fight and attempt to capture Tornado in Five Star Raids, which occur in Gyms scattered throughout the region. You have to wait for a five star gym to appear, and it might take a bit of a wait. When trying to chase after him, you need to bring lots of friends with you to help him complete it because you won't be able to complete the challenge alone.
Tornado is a pure Flying-type Pokémon, which makes it particularly weak for Rock, Ice, and Electric type moves. Some Pokémon you can choose to use against him include Golem (Alolan), Regice, Gigalith, Regirock, Rhyperior, Raikou, and Mamoswine. There are several other choices, but keep Tornado's weaknesses in mind before you tackle him and speak with the other trainers you take with you to maximize your damage output.
