On top of that, the Panda Plateau is a new mecca for farming tons of loot. As with the other bonus mission locations, unlocking this area is completely random. Just follow the instructions below, and if you don't see it the first time around, replay the level and hope for luck. Some level entries will only appear at the start of a seed. It's pretty boring, but once you've unlocked the new area once, it's unlocked forever.

How To Unlock The Panda Board | Secret level guide
The secret level of the Panda board can be unlocked in Dingy Jungle. This is the first area of the DLC - and you may have to replay the level a few times before the secret level puzzle appears.
To unlock, go to 'Cross the Canyon"Aim in Dingy Jungle and look for a option, alternative path off the main road. If there is no path here, or if the path does not lead to an entrance, you will have to exit and restart to regenerate the seed. If you are lucky, a door will appear at the end of the path.
Inside, operate three switches to lower the gate leading to the Panda Tray Scroll. Collect the scroll and you can access the secret level from the area selection menu.
The Panda Tray is a particularly good place to unlock for a reason - it's fast and there are a lot of chests to grab. This includes valuable Obsidian Chests and over 5 Gold Chests. This is easily the best place to farm for pure loot.
