The best apps for meditation

Many of us are used to starting the day and immediately thinking about all the things we should do during the day or week. We spend hours with our minds dispersed, located in thousands of places except for the present one. We forget to live in the present, to be aware that we are here. Many times we walk down the street so intent on reaching our destination that we donâ??t even stop to look at the blue sky.

Taking that into account, it would be unfair to question why we are stressed, we go once a month to the psychiatrist or why it is so hard to sleep. Relaxing can sometimes seem like a luxury. However, it does not have to be difficult, in 4Appslovers we have used Google Play to identify the best apps for meditation. Relax, you need it!

Lojong ratings and opinions

The best apps for meditation

Excellent experience. Great to see all the content with a small advertising. Also, the premium version is relatively accessible (for Argentines it costs a little more). The voice of the guide is nice. The only thing to criticize is that the sound when you start talking increases the volume progressively, so as not to cause shocks when we are relaxed. On the other hand, in the timer section it would be good to improve the volume of the rain and add other sounds.

Excellent app. I use it every day and it has helped me a lot. I only have one concern and I hope you read this message. In the “Articles” option there is an article called (4 SIMPLE EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN YOUR ATTENTION AND REDUCE DISTRACTION). (It is in another language I think in Brazilian, it is the only article that is in another language. Could you pass it to the Spanish language? Please? I wanted to read it but I couldn’t because of the language. Thank you very much. Excellent app.

Very useful application, easy, dynamic and with many options to learn in an easy and didactic way. With guided meditations or on your own with sounds. Just one question. If I change my mobile phone and reinstall it, does it save my progress? If yes, I will give you 5 stars. THANK YOU

Thank you. The voices are very nice. The app is very generous in terms of free meditations. I’m new to meditation and I’m happy to have found it. I also recommend “petit bambou”. Although it has less free meditations. Greetings and thanks for the work.

I have the premium version, and I can say completely worth it, is incredible, relaxes your mind, your body, helps you to overcome yourself, is incredible everything that this application can do, super recommended

I think it’s a good application in many ways, the only problem I have with it is that at the end of the basics it asks you to pay the annual price and the price may be high for a teenager. Thank you!

Excellent, but I have a question. At the beginning towards the 30 minute sleep session, now I put that option and it’s only 1 minute. I don’t know what happened or how to change it.
