Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX introduces you and a small gang of Pokémon entering dangerous environments to help other Pokémon that need your help. You come across a variety of Pokémon in the game, some of them are old in-game faces with new graphics, and some are brand new to the series.
Previously the only Pokéon included from the first and third generation. Now you can see those from the fourth, and you can recruit a good chunk of them to join your team. The new Pokémon includes:

You also have the possibility of evolving into mega certain Pokémon.
You can meet these new Pokémon during your time in the adventure. You have the potential to encounter shiny versions of recruitable Pokémon, and you have the option of meeting Moltres, Zapdos, and Articuno during your adventure. If you beat them, there's a small chance they'll ask you to join their team.
