A new Pokémon is coming to Pokémon Go from the Unova region, and it's Gothita. They make their debut in the game and are from the fifth generation of Pokemon, black and white games. It's released at the same time as the Psychic Spectacular event, and you can start meeting them as soon as it launches. Gothita has two evolutions: Gothorita and Gothitelle.
The Psychic Spectacular event begins March 27 from 8:00 a.m. in your local time zone. When this happens, you can freely encounter a Gothita in the wild just like you would any other Pokémon. You also have the potential to hatch from a 2 mile egg, among several other Psychic-type Pokémon that are featured in this event. You can even spot a Gothita as a raid in one of the in-game gyms, which you can join in to try and capture her.
After the event, Gothita will remain in the match. You can continue to capture it as you usually would, but you will only be able to hatch it from eggs from 5 kilometers away, moving forward. The Psychic Show event ends on March 20 at 22 p.m. in your local time zone. He may be more difficult to meet, as Seer types will have an increased number of appearances during the event, so be sure to walk around beaches and meadows. However, you can only meet Gothita at night in the wild. You won't be able to find one during the day. His best sets of movements include the book and the psychic or the confusion and the psychic. Alternatively, you can replace psychic with psybeam in either choice.
Gothita is released alongside her counterpart, Solosis. Both are of the psychic type. The solose is only available during the day, while the Gothita is only available at night.
