Change YouTube channel background
If you wonder how to change youtube channel wallpaper, you will be happy to know that carrying out this operation is very simple: to do it, however, you have to act as a computer, by connecting to the official website of the well-known video sharing platform, because the official YouTube app for smartphones and tablets does not yet allow to perform this operation.
Having said that, then start the Internet browser that you usually use on your computer (for example Google Chrome) and connect to the official YouTube website, then log in to your Google account, if necessary.
Once this is done, press onyour profile picture located in the upper right corner and, in the menu that is shown to you, click on the item Your channel. Once you see your channel screen YouTube, award-winning Customize channel and, to change the background image, click on theicona della macchina photography located in the upper right corner, in correspondence with the background image already present.
Now, upload a new image, selecting it from your computer, via the tab Upload photos, or click on the tabs Your Photos o Gallery, to import, respectively, an image from Google Photos or use one of the predefined ones of YouTube. To confirm the addition, press the button Select, after having possibly cropped the photo, using the button Crop the photo.
Have you recently created your YouTube channel and have never added a background image to it? In this case, to add it, first click on the button Customize channelDopodiché by clicking on the button Add channel graphics or press the pencil icon, located in the upper right corner.
In both cases, in the menu that is shown to you, click on the item Edit the channel graphics and add the background image of your channel, choosing it from your computer or importing it from Google Photos, following what I explained to you in the previous lines.
Change YouTube background color
You wonder if it is possible change youtube background color? The answer is yes: the well-known video sharing platform has introduced the possibility of applying the black theme to the user interface.
In this regard, in the following lines, I will explain how to do this from smartphones and tablets, through the YouTube, for Android and iOS, and from a computer, using the Web version of the service.
Yes smartphone
put the dark theme on YouTube from smartphone (or tablet), first start the application of the well-known video sharing platform for Android or iOS, press onicona dell'omino located at the top right or on theyour profile picture, if you are logged in to your Google account and, in the menu that is shown to you, press on the item Settings.

From computer
You can apply the dark theme on youtube on your computer as well. In this case, connect to the official website of the famous video sharing platform and press the icon (...) located in the upper right corner. If, on the other hand, you are logged into your Google account, press onlittle man icon on the top right or yours profile picture.
At this point, in the menu that is shown to you, select the item Dark theme off and move up ON the lever that you can see at the wording Dark theme.
In this way, even by connecting to the official YouTube website from your computer, through the browser, the user interface will have a black background instead of white. You didn't think it would be that easy did it?
