How to reach level 10 on the Mario Kart tour
You can reach level 10 in ranked mode. As you play in Ranked and score more points, your position will increase. At the end of the ranked season, your overall rank will increase based on your ranking in the previous season.
To get to level 10, you want to make sure you finish as high as possible at the end of each ranked season. These seem to last for a week, so you have plenty of time to make sure you finish in first place by repeating races, playing in cups and collecting as many points as possible.
The number of levels you advance depends on where you place:
- The top three advanced three thirds
- From fourth to sixth, two-thirds ahead
- Seventh to tenth place advances by one rank.
- Players between 11 and 20 remain in the cup.
This will also then determine your rewards, as follows:
- The first place winner receives 20 rupees
- Second place receives 15 rubies
- Third place receives 10 rubies
- Fourth to sixth place receives five rubies
- From seventh to tenth place, collect 300 coins
- Players between 11 and 20 do not receive any rewards
