Mario Kart Tour challenges are back and include with them unique ways to get badges in the mobile game. These new challenges are designed for players to find unique ways to play the game while using pilots they typically don't use on the courses. A challenge this week is for players to score over 8 points or more using a pilot with an extended tongue. Here is how you do it.

Before you start looking for the song you want to participate in, you need to find the right pilot for this challenge. Some players might have a bit of difficulty with this one because the drivers don't always show their language during the race. However, a handful of new ones have come out for the Halloween event and are up for this challenge. There is also an old favorite which is also suitable for this challenge.
Here are the available drivers that you can use to complete this challenge:
- Roi boo
- King Boo (Luigi's mansion)
- Yoshi
The two big choices for this challenge are for players to go after King Boo and King Boo (Luigi's Mansion). These two choices are obvious because they obviously have their language on their icons. However, players who don't think they have the chance to get either of these two titles off the pipe have no reason to worry. Yoshi works perfectly for this challenge. If you have Yoshi, you can go.
Now, to complete the challenge, you are going to have to find the best way to get those 8 points during your race. The best way to do this is to have a top level pilot, vehicle, and glider before you start racing. These are going to give you a decent boost before you hit the trail, but they're not going to save you the day. You want to be able to hit other opponents while driving and successfully hitting objects.
To make sure you hit as many boxes as possible during your run, check out your pilot's favorite courses. You can see them on their driver profile screen by checking them in the drivers section. Both King Boo options are going to prefer the new classes, which will be the highlight of this big Halloween event. If you're lucky enough to drive with these two, you'll do well in the first set of races.
You can earn points during your race by collecting coins, clearing drifts, performing jumps and getting one of the top spots in the race. When you're aiming for a score like 8000, you want to be sure you get the top spot.
