How to get shiny budew during community day
While Roselia was introduced during the third generation of Pokémon, it was not until the fourth generation to get not only an evolution with Roserade, but also a pre-evolution with Budew. For Roselia Community Day, you'll only see Wild Roselia, which means you'll have to go through other means to get a Budew, especially a shiny one.
The method by which you can get Budew during Roselia Community Day will be through special 2 km eggs that you get from Poké Stops which are supposed to be nothing but Budew. Not only can you get a regular Budew in these eggs, there will also be a chance to get a Shiny one. The question is how to improve your chances of getting a shine.
For those who have never seen it, a Shiny Budew looks a little different than a normal one, with a purple leafy part under the face and a yellow top that matches the face instead of being green. You will also have the Sparks in your Pokédex when hatching.
Similar to getting a Shiny Roselia, there isn't really a sure way to get a Shiny Budew other than doing all you can during Community Day. This means that you need to have as many egg slits open as possible and fill them with 2 km eggs during Community Day. Next, get as many Super Incubators as you can to hatch as many eggs as you can to try and improve your odds. This is a limited time event. So you won't have too much time to do this, so you'll want to enjoy it while you can.
The odds of getting a Shiny Budew will certainly be lower overall than getting a Shiny Roselia, but either way, it's still your best bet and it's worth trying to get Shiny Budew for while. community day.
