First Steps
Get out of bed and come down to talk to your mum. After some pleasantries take your clothes and go on your adventure. As you continue along the path you will be attacked by a wild pokemon, but the three starters of the game will immediately come to your rescue and so Professor Kuikui will make you choose one:

Any Pokemon chosen will be level 5.

Mahalo Trail
Get to the top of the trail and defend the girl's Pokemon by fighting a Spearow on Level 7. Then cross the bridge and after the movie you will get the PIETRALUCENT. Now return to the village of Lili.
Village of Lili
Here you will receive the POKEDEX and your Coach PASSPORT. And after this first adventure you can finally go home!
Route 1
Kukui will teach you the basics of Pokemon capture by giving you 10 POKE BALL and 5 POTIONS. Cross all the way to reach Lili and meet two strange guys who will talk about the awakening of a certain shining.

You will have to overcome the challenge in honor of the Pokemon Protector:

School for Coaches
After receiving the EXPERIENCE SHAREHOLDER, you will have to defeat 4 different coaches to continue:
CHALLENGE 1 -MARTINO(BRAT)
Grimer Lv 7.
WHERE: Go to the left side of the central building and open the small red gate at the top. You will find a small gate. Open it and go down to find this coach and also some pokeballs with ANTIPARALYSIS and ANTIDOTO.
CHALLENGE 2 -ANITA (SPORTS)
POKEMON: Bonsly Lv 7.
WHERE: Before entering, go to the right side of the central building to find this coach in the corner near a machine.
Inside the school, talk to the woman dressed in white in the area with the TV to the left of the stairs. She will give you a RAPIDARTIGLI.
CHALLENGE 3 - CAROLA (LITTLE GIRL)
POKEMON: Metapod Lv 7.
WHERE: Inside the school. Talk to the child to the left of the desk inside the classroom at the bottom left on the ground floor. Defeat Carola you will receive 3 BACCARANCIA.
CHALLENGE 4 - LEANDRO (YOUNG HOPE)
POKEMON: Ekans Lv 8.
WHERE: At the little fields of land to the left of the school entrance. After defeating him he will give you the MT 01 CUORDILEONE.
Go to the first floor of the school to fight with the last challenger.
CHALLENGE - CLEAR (TEACHER)

Hau'oli - Commercial Zone
In this area you will be given a new gadget, the POKEVISOR with which to photograph Pokemon in the dedicated points. As soon as you finish the tutorial of the new gadget go back to the tourist office and talk to the shop assistant on the left to play the classic LOTTERY present in every episode of the saga.
MISSION: Talk to the scientist in the lower left corner of the Tourist Office. He will ask you to capture 10 Pokemon of different types for his research.
A little further on you will find the Dress Shop where you will get the PORTALENTI from Lylia. If you talk to the woman outside the door she will give you a SILK SCARF. On the wall, to the right of the donor with the green kimono, you will find an ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT.
Continue to the Pokemon Center where Liam will tell you about the ADHESIVES OF THE DOMINANT, small yellow glittering stickers, these stickers are attached to facilitate the path of those who follow the tour of the islands, better to collect them all to unlock the Pokemon Dominant!
MISSION: Inside the Pokemon Center the woman dressed in white on the left will ask you to capture an ABRA.
If you talk to the old man near the Market, always inside the Pokemon Centre, you will get to know CANCELLAMOSSE, another unmissable presence in the various episodes of the series.
Going out in the street turn left and at the first villa look to the right of the entrance stairs to find an ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT. Further on you will find the Town Hall building on the corner with a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE attached to the right of the entrance door.

CHALLENGE - UBERTO (GENTLEMAN)
POKEMON: Dunsparce Lv 14.
You will get a Nugget by winning.
Behind the green bench on the left you will find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE.
When you get to the sweet shop look in the narrow alley on the right to find another ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT. In front of the shop you will be attacked by Team Skull:
CHALLENGE - RECRUIT (TEAM SKULL)
POKEMON: Zubat Lv 9.
Defeated will be Team Skull's own Liam to challenge you.
CHALLENGE - LIAM
POKEMON: Yungoos Lv 10, Smeargle Lv 11.
A little more ahead you will find the FotoClub of Alola, if you enter and participate to the photo shoot you will get the ALBUM to look at your photos. Enter the gate across the street and go to the end to find the MT 49 - ECHEGGIAVOCE.
Behind the Police Station, on the left side wall, you will find an ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT.
Hau'oli - Porto
Continue to the end of the road to find yourself in the port area of the city. Go straight down to the right quay and you will find a sphere with a SUPERPOTION on the pier. Next to it another ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT.
Talk to the two guys discussing near the Embarkation to get a DEFENCE X and an ATTACK X. Behind them a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE.
Hau'oli - Commercial Zone
Return to the Pokemon center and this time go right down the street. Lylia will give you 3 REVITALIZERS to better face the new route.
Continue to clear the road to Route 2 by stroking Tauros!
Route 2
Do what the Kahuna requires to calm Tauros and reach Route 2. Head uphill to meet the first coach:

Big Wave Beach
In this place you can get the POKEPASSAGE MANTINE to surf the waves, but only after completing the tour of the island. Leave the place to face...
CHALLENGE - RECRUIT (TEAM SKULL)
POKEMON: Drowzee Lv 9.
You'll get FRESH WATER at the end of the fight.
Returning to the house with the blue roof go up to the left to reach the cemetery.
Hau'oli Cemetery
You can collect an ANTIPARALYSIS from the sphere behind the first graves on the left.
On the right side of the cemetery behind the hedge you will find the MT 100 - CONFIDENZA.
In the north of the cemetery you will find 2 spheres. In the one on the right you will find a BIG MUD. In the one on the left you will find a SUPERPOTION.
When you have finished at the cemetery go back to route 2 and continue.
Berry Garden
There's a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE on the wall of the outer house and another ADHESIVE inside.
Look behind the garden owner's house for DUST ARGENPOLVER.
Route 2
At the crossroads, go through the grass on the left and come out of the fence. Climb up the elevation to find a REVITALIZER.
Go through the right side of the fork to find a SUPERPOZIONE.
Enter the Pokemon Centre with Hau which will give you 3 REVITALIZERS and will also explain how the ROTO'N'ROLL works.
EXCHANGE: If you talk to the girl near the market she will ask you to exchange a Spearow for her Hawlucha.
MISSION: If you talk to the girl near the cafeteria she will ask you to catch a CRABRAWLER in exchange for a reward.
On the left side of the Pokemon Centre you will find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE
Leave the Pokemon Center and talk to Liam to access the Undergrowth Cave.
Undergrowth Cave
In this place you will have to face the FIRST TEST OF THE ISLANDS ROUTE by defeating the 3 Pokemon who are waiting in ambush in their dens and finally taking the Crystal Z in the deepest part of the cave. You will have to defeat two Lv 11 Rattata and one Lv 11 Raticate accessible after the challenge against Team Skull:
Go immediately to the right to find a ball with a SUPERPOINT.
Interact with the big boulder illuminated by the light you will find a little further ahead to pick up a REVITALIZER.
After going up to the left, go back and go down towards the entrance to pick up the MT 31-BRECCIA.
Climb up to the top right and crawl under the small tunnel to pick up a SUPERPOON.
Close to the upper left corner of the den you will collect a DEFENCE X.
After chasing the last Pokemon for a while Team Skull will appear to ask you for a rematch.
CHALLENGE - RECRUIT (TEAM SKULL)
POKEMON: Drowzee Lv 11.
After eliminating the last requested Pokemon you will be able to enter the next area of the cave talking to the man above.
Undergrowth Cave - Arena del Dominante
Collect the Crystal Z from the pedestal in this area to be attacked by the dominant pokemon: a Raticate Giant of Lv 12, be careful because this Pokemon can call some Rattata Lv 10 to help him, also has an aura around it that increases the defense and is very skilled at evading attacks.
Once defeated you will have completed the test and obtained the Crystal NORMIUM Z. Liam will also allow you to capture the Pokemon that are in the cave by giving you 10 MEGABALL.

Route 3

Meadow Apples
After listening to the girl's request, go down until you find a MEGABALL.
Cross the meadow of flowers and look into the small cave on the lower left, among the yellow flowers, to find yourself...
Pratomare Cave
CHALLENGE - MIRIN (ULTRAPATROL)
POKEMON: Furfrou Lv 13.
Going down into the cave you can get a GELOMAI and an ABILCINTURA. Come out from the bottom of the cave to find yourself on a small beach. Look to the left to find a REQUEST - BOTTLE MESSAGE to give to an inhabitant of Lili. You will have to give it to the lady in black who lives in the house on the far left of Lili. She will give you some POLVOSTELLA in exchange.
Route 3
As soon as you return to the Hau Trail she will want to test your level:
CHALLENGE - HAU (COACH)
POKEMON: Popplio Lv 13, Noibat Lv 14, Pikachu Lv 12.
After defeating Hau, cross the bridge to find a SUPERPOON on the right.
MISSION: Before leaving the area, talk to the boy in yellow on the right who will ask you to capture a SABLEYE on Ten Carat Hill.
If you look in the grassy area behind him you will find BACKS and a MINOR BALL.
Village of Lili
Return to the Village via the unblocked road leading to Route 1.
You will find an ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT on the far left side of the house but you will need Tauros to break through the rocks that prevent you from catching it.
Talk to Hala and get ready for the FIRST BIG TEST with the Kahuna and his Lotta Pokemon. The challenge is not very demanding, especially if you have fast Pokemon. You can also use the previously obtained Rapidartigli to attack first and more frequently.
CHALLENGE - HALA (KAHUNA)
POKEMON: Machop Lv 15, Makuhita Lv 15, Crabrawler Lv 16.
Defeated Hala you will get the LUCTIUM Z Crystal.
Finally you will also receive a CALL with built-in TAUROS. Instead, the Professor will provide you with the MT 54-FALSOFINAL.
Now you can go and talk to Mum and then go to the FotoClub to continue with the story.
After your photo shoot, follow Hau to route 2 to meet Professor Oak who will tell you about the ADHESIVES OF THE DOMINANT. By collecting them you can get a Dominant Pokemon. Take 20 stickers to get a RATICATE.
After the tutorial use Mantine to reach the next island.
The haunted coaches school
After having passed the great test of Apples Apples, return to the Coaching School, on route 1, at night. You will have to investigate 7 mysteries that take place in the school, two of which are caused by a Gastly Lv 19 and a Drifloon Lv 19. MISSION: Go up to the second floor of the hotel and talk to the man in the room at the bottom right. He will ask you to find his three lost friends in Kantai, they are three characters that will appear in the game right now and that have pensive lária:
1- A blonde girl located on the small port of Kantai, where Kukui landed.
2- A lady in a black T-shirt next to the wall to the right of the points counter on Mantine beach.
3- A man in a flowery Hawaiian T-shirt in the dress shop.
Finally talk to the man to get a VITALERBA as a reward.
Enter the first room on the left and go out on the balcony to find a ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT, attached behind the deckchair on the left. In this room if you talk to the man he will tell you that he can give you three very precious stones: SNORLACTIUM Z, MEWNIUM Z and MARSHADIUM Z. To get them, all you need to do is come back with Snorlax, Mew and Marshadow on the team.
Route 4
Going up to the left you will reach a new area called...

Ohana

Go into the shop shortly after the cart to see at the bottom near the stairs an ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT. Go up the stairs and enter the first door. Look behind the right-hand cabinet to find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE.
Ohana Farm
After you have met Ibis, you will receive a new pokemon in the call, STOUTLAND. In the little lake on the left, at the top, you will find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE that you can take with an AMO.
As you cross the first dry grass, look over the fence on the right to find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE.
Route 5
CHALLENGE - IRIDIUM (TEAM SKULL)
POKEMON: Zorua Lv 17, Zubat Lv 17, Type Zero Lv 18.
Defeated you will get 3 REVITALIZERS.
In the last little lake on the left, before reaching the Pokemon centre there is a DOMINANT ADHESIVE to take with the AMO.
EXCHANGE: In the Pokemon center, talk to the guy in green to exchange a Lilliput for a Noibat.
MISSION: Bring a CORSOLA to the researcher in white in front of the cafeteria in the Pokemon center.
Roaring Hill
Talk to Suiren after the wooden bridge to start the SECOND TEST OF THE ISLANDS ROUTE.
You'll have to chase the Wishiwashi, riding the LAPRAS provided by Suiren for the call-passage, and push them to the valley to face the Dominante. To do this you'll just have to interact with the splashes in the water but be careful, someone is produced by some Dewpider of Lv 18-20.
In the lower left corner of the ground in the first pond there will be a point to take a PHOTO.
In the bottom right corner of the land in the last pond before the area of the dominant you will find the MT 57 - RAGGIOSCOSSA.
Roaring Hill - Arena del Dominante
The Dominant is a giant ARAQUANID of Lv 20 with an aura that greatly enhances its speed. The aura, however, is not the only problem since this particular Pokemon can restore his health using the powerful BLOOD move. Finally, the dominant Araquanid can call to his rescue either the Dewpiders of Lv 18 or the Masquerain of Lv 18 who can paralyze you. We advise you to use Pokemon and electro or grass moves to quickly end the fight.
After defeating the Dominant you will get a new Crystal called IDRIUM Z, AMO for fishing and 10 SUB BALL.
Ohana Farm
Back in this place from Route 5 you go down and after moving the two Sudowodo you will have to face:
CHALLENGE - MIRIN (ULTRAPATROL)
Poipole Lv 20.
Before leaving this area you will find a small wooden house. This is a place to leave your Pokemon to make eggs. If you talk to the woman behind the box you will get an egg containing EVEE.
Route 6
As soon as you enter the path, go along the left wall and pass through the tall grass to reach the back of a building in the city of Ohana where you will find the MT 88 - SONNOLALIA.
Before you proceed down Avenue Royale, keep going down to the other side of...
Kantai
On the right wall outside the Interdimensional Research Centre you will find an ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT. Also under the large antenna on the left you will find a sticker, it is visible by standing near the outer wall at the bottom.
On the left side of the Interdimensional Research Center there is an anonymous building. Enter and go up to the second floor to find the office of GAME FREAK, the creators of Pokemon's video games. If you look through the computers on the right you will find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE. If you talk to the Game Director (the guy in white at the bottom of the area) he will ask you to show him the Pokedex every time you get 100% of an island. If you talk to the guy dressed in dark in the left area he will ask you to come back to him after you have become SAMPLES.
Go up the stairs and on the top floor look immediately to the left to find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE on the wall.
MISSION: On the top floor of the building you will find the Aether Foundation, talk to the woman on the right behind the counter to get the POKEBALL OTHERWISE. This object contains a lost Pokemon that must be returned to a little girl near the library in Mali, on the island of Ula Ula, who will reward you with the MENTALERBA object.
To the right of the Pokemon Center you will find the Surfing Branch with a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE attached just outside on the left under the porch.
MISSION: If you go back to talking to the man inside the SURF SIDE, after breaking the maximum record with MANTINE, in all 4 routes between the islands, you will get a PIKACHU Lv 40 with Surf, Electrococcola, Scarica, Schianto moves.
Avenue Royale
EXCHANGE: In the Pokemon center, talk to the man in white on the right to receive a BARBOACH in exchange for a TENTACOOL.
In the central park you will find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE attached behind the bench at the bottom right.
MISSION: Inside the Malasada shop, talk to the woman near Pyukumuku to find out she wants some MUMU MILK.
Behind the Supermarket Affaroni you will find an ADHESIVE OF THE DOMINANT, go through the right side of the supermarket.
Enter the Stadium Royale to participate in a Battle Royale:
CHALLENGE - HAU, KUKUI, IRIDIUM
POKEMON: Type Zero Lv 20, Rockruff Lv 20, Brionne Lv 20.
After defeating a Pokemon the match will end.
You will find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE on the left side of the left staircase to go up to the second floor of the Stadio Royale. You will find another sticker on the second floor, on the glass railing just above the right staircase.
Route 7
Go down to the beach on the right, use LAPRAS to cross the water and reach the central island where you will find MT 35 - DOUBLETEAM.
Wela Volcano Park
Use TAUROS to shatter the boulder behind the big sign just to the right and find a DOMINANT'S ADHESIVE.
Wela Volcano Park - Arena del Dominante
Welcome to the THIRD TEST OF THE ISLANDS ROUND. In this rehearsal you will have to guess the differences between Marowak's first and second dance choreography.
ANSWER 1 - Marowak in the middle. A Marowak by Lv 18 that you will have to face immediately.
ANSWER 2 - The mouths.
CHALLENGE - ERIC (MOUNTAINEER)
POKEMON: Magmar Lv 19.
ANSWER 3 - Whatever your answer will have to do with the dominant Pokemon that you have to defeat. It is a MAROWAK from Lv 22 with the aura that increases its speed. It is very annoying because it is able to use the INDIVIDUAL ability that protects it from attacks that can knock it out in a short time. Be careful because it can call up Lv 20's SALAZZLE in support.
After passing the Kawe test you will get the PIRIUM Z Crystal, 10 VELOX BALL and CHARIZARD will be recorded on your CALL.

MISSION: Inside the white building the woman from the Aether Foundation will ask you to show her a Goomy.
