All Pokémon games have exclusive versions. It's a constant attempt to socialize and interact with each other. The new Sword and Shield DLC, Isle of Armor, has added 105 Pokémon from previous generations to the new game. Some of them are exclusive to different versions.
Thanks to Serebii.net's Complete List of Exclusive Releases, we can find those that have been added with the new DLC. There are only four exclusive versions of Pokémon in the Isle of Armor DLC.
Exclusive Pokémon Sword
Image via Game FreakClawncher is the Howtizer Pokémon introduced in Generation Six. He evolves at level 37 in Clawitzer. Both are Water-type Pokémon with high Special Attack.
The Water-type Clawncher can be found on the Isle of Armor in Training Sea, Island Sea, Springboard Sea, and Honey Sea. They can also be found at Honeycalm Island. Clawncher and Clawitzer can also be found in Max Raid Battles in the dens of Workout Sea, Insular Sea, Stepping-Stone Sea, and Honeycalm Sea.
Exclusive Pokémon Shield
Image via Game FreakSkrelp is the Mock Kelp Pokémon introduced in Generation Six. He evolves into Dragalge at level 48. Skrelp is a Poison and Water type. During its evolution, it loses the secondary water type and gains Dragon in its place.
Skrelp and Dragalge can be found in the wild in Pokémon Shield. The chances of finding Skrelp are higher. The Pokémon can be found in Training Sea, Springboard Sea, Island Sea, Honeycalm Sea, and Honeycalm Island. They can also be found in Max Raid Battles in Training Sea, Stepping Stone Sea, Island Sea, and Honeycalm Sea dens.
