Banksy's latest work as a wallpaper for your smartphone

We have always said that we love Android above all thanks to its infinite customization possibilities. The fact that we can configure our smartphone as we want and that there are no two identical devices is more than enough reason to choose the Android operating system over the competition, above all seeing the incredible results that can be achieved with a little patience.

Today we bring you an article of personalization something special. Due to COVID-19 or the coronavirus, our lives have changed overnight. At the moment we are still confined to our homes trying to put an end to this damn virus, but there is a sector that has been working and protecting us since the beginning of the crisis. Thousands of doctors, nurses and health workers who watch over our health day and night. Without doubt the true heroes of the 21st century.

Well-known artist Banksy honors the true heroes of the health crisis with this image and you can use it as a wallpaper

Banksy's latest work as a wallpaper for your smartphone

Banksy is the pseudonym of a British street art artist known for his mysterious identity. Known for his fantastic urban works, many of them quite critical and vindictive, the artist wanted to pay a well-deserved homage to all health professionals who risk their lives every day in this health crisis.

The work shows a child playing with a doll representing a nurse. Next to it, in a garbage can, lie some dolls of Superman and Spiderman, once the boy's heroes. Because the child no longer wants to play with false heroes, the young man now no longer wants to be Superman when he grows up, now he wants to be a true superhero like the doctor he's playing with.

And Reddit user EnrikeMon wanted to use this image to customize his smartphone and the truth is that the results are really beautiful as well as minimal. For this he obviously used Bansky's image as a background - the image can be taken from the author's Instagram at this link - in addition to other apps that we mention below.

On the one hand, it used the Saturn Kwgt widget package, which while free, require the KWGT Kustom Widget Maker app, which itself has a paid version for just over three euros. For the icons he used the Caelus White Icon packs, very elegant and minimalist icons, i whose colors are perfectly suited to Bansky's work. They have a price of 1,29 euros.

Other than that, it has hidden the icon bar at the bottom. Unfortunately not all smartphones allow this, not even known launchers like Nova, so either you are lucky enough to have a device that allows these settings or you will have to exit from the bottom bar.

And this is all. In an easy and very simple way we have achieved a really beautiful and minimalist look for our device. Without forgetting that with this fund we will show our support for the real heroes of this crisis: healthcare workers.
