Castlevania Grimoire of Souls, the latest entry in the famous franchise, comes exclusively for mobile games. The next side-scrolling adventure will feature characters from the series. At the 2019 Tokyo Game Show (TGS 2019), it was announced that the game is expected to launch on iOS and Android devices, and no other platform. The release date is, unfortunately, still unknown.
The next match will follow Genya Arikado, known to fans of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow and since. According to the story revealed so far, Genya receives information about Grimoire awakening. As he is begged for help, he charges head-on to prevent the spread of evil. However, at TGS 2019, it was confirmed that Genya is not the only playable character, as the game will also include Simon Belmont, Alucard, Maria Renard and Charlotte Aulin.
The gameplay of the Castlevania Grimoire of Souls has already been featured on several occasions, with fans even having the chance to try out the flashy moves of their favorite characters before in a closed beta. It was May 2018, and fans are raging as the release date continues to elude them. However, Konami has confirmed that the game will be arriving on both iOS and Android and will be available worldwide by the end of 2019; so we hope not to wait too long.
