There are two targets this time around - one, Don Yates, is planning in his heavily guarded mansion on top of the hill. The other is Tamara Vidal, who is accompanied by two armed guards everywhere she goes. And even worse, she's stuck watching Diana Burnwood, Agent 47's ally. You can't execute Vidal with a timely bomb or a falling chandelier without hurting Diana, too.

Sneak up Lower gardens, Then the Upper gardens - they are west of the main Villa where Don Yates spends most of his time. Take a Crowbar et Key to the Villa du Boat house and use the tall grass to infiltrate the Backyard of the villa. Use one of the rear windows to reach Villa Foyer. Use the crowbar to open the door Villa basement and wait.
Don Yates will eventually go around and enter the Villa Foyer. Here he will practice his speech without the presence of guards. Kill it with a headshot or whatever you prefer, and hide it in the cupboard by the fireplace. Easy!
Objective: Tamara Vidal
Tamara vidal walks around the party area with two bodyguards and Diana Burnwood. To get rid of the guards, distract them at the Roast (leveau 3) to keep them separate enough, you can subdue each guard in the staff corridor just north of the cooking pit. There is a cabinet in which you can hide the bodies just to the left of the door.
Tamara goes down to the Security room (level 2) - once you overpower one guard, you can easily overpower the other as they go up / down the stairs. Simply drop a coin then throw a non-lethal melee weapon to knock him out.
With the two guards gone, now you can walk towards the Roast (leveau 3) ledge where Diana and Tamara are talking. While they are talking, you can push Tamara off the ledge. As long as no one is looking directly at you, it will count as a Accident Kill. It can be a bit tricky - if you're unlucky someone might see you pushing.
You can also strangle her in the staff hall when she walks towards the Security room. Diana is your ally, so she can witness your crimes and won't even react.
