Above the egg is a progress bar that reads "unmatched". After you have filled each need, you will regularly see it fill up. When you have finished filling the entire bar, you can then hatch the egg. You will receive a notification regarding the hatching of your Easter Egg 2020, and you have now added the egg from this game to your collection.
