Sync Pairs in Pokémon Masters can only reach a certain level before it caps out. The maximum level for these sync pairs is determined by the number of stars they have. The base level limit for each combination is three 30-star sync pairs, one 35-star and 35-pair sync pair, and one five-star sync pair at 40. How to Increase Potential and Raise Max Level in Pokemon Masters
Go to chapter 4
You will not be able to increase the potential of a sync torque immediately. You have to unlock it. You can do this when you reach the fourth chapter of the game. After that you will have access to the Training Zone tab in Explorer. From there you need to go to the Special Training chapter: Training Area Combat Techniques and beat the first fight. The first battle is a fairly straightforward fight, with a weakness in Fighting-type Pokemon. You'll want to rely on these during your engagement. You're only going to fight one trainer, so the fight shouldn't take you long.
Once you've won, you will gain access to Unlock Lv. Cap menu.
Collect the right items
Now that you have access to the potential of Synchronized Pairs, you can freely increase your team's maximum level. Your next hurdle meets the element requirements of all of your sync pairs. To check these out, head back to the main Pokemon Masters center. Go to the Team tab, right next to your Polyphone phone. From there, click to unlock Level Cap. For the first unlock, many of your trainers are going to need the basics, but access higher levels; you will need advanced versions of these items. You can acquire them by playing the game, completing the training areas, and exchanging a large number of basic items for the more advanced ones in the store.
