iOS 14.5: how to print a reminder list

In iOS 14.5, Apple added the ability to print a reminder list. Plus, it now also lets you sort the reminder list by due date, creation date, priority or title.

All these options are found in the More menu (represented by the three horizontal dots in a circle).

Now you can finally print a list of the things you need to do and put it on the refrigerator door (the home connection node where everyone ends up passing) or on your work table, to always keep in mind the goals you have to comply to consider having done the homework.

Of course, our recommendation will always be

    1. If you need to see it to remember, use a piece of paper and a pen. Write it yourself and allow yourself the pleasure of remembering how it was done.
    2. Do not print it unless absolutely necessary. We already consume enough paper and electricity without having to print something you always carry with you at your touch.

Even so, if you have to print it, for whatever reason (work, comfort, coordination with others,…) these are the steps to print a list in the Reminders app.

    1. Open the Reminders app and using the main menu select a reminder list or create a new one by tapping New Reminder.
    2. When you're done with the list, tap the Other icon (the three dots in a circle) in the upper right corner of the screen (if you don't identify it, look at the image in the header of this news).
    3. Select Print from the drop-down menu.
    4. Using the options, select the printer you want to use and the number of copies you want to make, as well as choose the option you want if you want to make copies in color or black and white.
    5. If you're happy with the options you've selected, tap Print in the upper right corner of the screen.
