List of class levels for Rogue Legacy 2

When you die, you have three new characters to choose from to try out a whole new series. These characters are random combinations of various in-game modifiers that make up a character's genetic traits and a different character class. Your character can belong to four classes, and they each have a different weapon, class talent, and different playstyle. Here is how they work.

Knight

The Knight is a returning class from the first game. The class has a large sword that you can swing while moving, and its talent allows you to block incoming attacks from enemies. It doesn't block all damage, but it does give you a good buffer to maintain your health when fighting a massive horde. This is probably the most accessible and best class to play in Rogue Legacy 2.

It has good health compared to other classes and is still the most flexible you can play. He also has adequate magical abilities.

Barbarous

The barbarian follows the knight. When you play this class, you carry a huge ax that you have to put in place to swing. Standing up, it's easy enough for you to take a hit from a rogue magic attack that you didn't quite anticipate before trying to take out this big foe. However, the Great Ax does a lot more damage and Barbarians have the most health in the game, so you can be a bit more forgiving when taking a hit. When attacking from the air, the barbarians perform a massive attack with their ax. Its class ability is called Winter's Cry which destroys all projectiles and freezes enemies for a short duration. Your character has an inferior intelligence skill as a barbarian, which makes his spells inferior.

For those who like to hit their enemies with massive ax swings, you can have a lot of fun with the barbarian, but it can be difficult to stay still while attacking.

stomach

Next up is the mage, the smartest of all the classes, and capable of dealing a lot of damage, but his health is extremely low. You can shoot the wand's explosion ability while moving, and it's a ranged attack, getting you as far away from fights as possible. A mage's attack range is quite low, so he must be careful and time his attacks to avoid an enemy swinging. Their class skill allows them to have two different spells equipped, which goes well with increasing their mana pool.

It's great fun for players who like to stay at bay and do ranged magic spells, even if you're squishy.

Cleaning

The final class is the archer, and it is a ranged alternative to the knight. It is new to the game and gives players the ability to use a bow and arrows. They also have extremely low health, sitting next to the mage, and their primary choice is a ranged choice. The downside for them is the time it takes to line up a shot. Rogue Legacy 2 is a faster game than the previous one, and the Ranger feels a bit out of place due to the difficulty in lining up shots. Aiming at the arch takes a little time; the attack animation is slower and when you shoot in the air your character is pushed back.

You might not want to try putting it away unless you have a little more experience. Even then, you need some gear to make this class feel powerful when they try to climb into the castle.
