Predasite Revivification is the process of creating your own familiar in Warframe. These animals can accompany you on missions and will have different abilities depending on how they are crafted. It was introduced in Warframe with the Heart of Deimos update.
All of Predasite's revivification options are handled by Son, who can be found in the Necralisk on Deimos. Predasites can be named, golded, and modified just like any other Sentinel or companion in the game.
What you need for Predasite revitalization
You will need three different components for the revitalization of Predasite.
- Predasite subspecies
- Mutagenic
- Antigen
Predasite subspecies
You can find Predasites roaming the Cambion Drift open world area. If you search near the edges of the map, you can find them traveling in packs, often fighting infested creatures. You can use a Tranq rifle to put them to sleep, then interact with them to have Son send a robot and take them away. To get a Predasite for revivification, you need to capture the weakened form, which is a Predasite that has taken damage. It's a good idea to hunt them down with a Warframe that can become invisible, as they will try to run if they see you, causing them to disappear. If you are invisible, you can follow them until they take damage and then pass them through with your rifle.
You can also use Predasite lures that you can buy from Son and a Predasite pheromone gland. Decoys allow you to follow special points on the map (marked in blue) where animals have left their tracks. These can be tracked to the nests and the decoys can be used to summon a predasite. If you use the pheromone gland just before using the decoy, it will increase the rarity of the predasite that appears. The only downside to this method is that you will need the animal to be battle debilitated for it to be one of your subspecies' acquisitions, otherwise it will be another tag that you can exchange for sound tokens.
There are three different subspecies, all of different rarities, and they will offer different abilities:
- Common - Vizier predasite - Acid sputum and iatric mycellium
- Uncommon - Medjay Predasite - Infectious bite and paralytic spores
- Rare Pharaoh - Anabolic pollination and endoparasitic vector
Mutagens
Mutagens are used during the creation of Predasite to impact its appearance and the type of resistance it will have. All are available from Son for different amounts of Standing, at different ranks with Entrati. You can find them under the Browse Goods option.
Antigens
Again, antigens can be obtained from Son at different levels, for different amounts of Standing. The antigens will impact the appearance of your Predasite's head and the polarity of the singular polarized modulation slot they will have.
