The Tiara can be reached after unlocking access to the Firmament.
If you haven't already, you will need to unlock the Firmament if you wish to spend your days in the Tiara. Refreshing the area has been incorporated into the Ishgardian Restoration activity, so you need to unlock it first. I have a full description of how to do this in an older guide as of when this dropped, but to sum it up here: you must own Heavensward (yes, just Heavensward), have a War Disciple course, or magic at level 60, and have completed "Litany of Peace" (the conclusion of the Heavensward dragon song war). If you have all three checked, head to Ishgard and look for the Quest Notice near the Foundation Etherite Crystal that says "Into the Firmament" (this will be a paper notice on the wall at x: 9,7, 11,5 y: XNUMX).
This will unlock access to the Ishgardian and Tandem Restoration Hub to the Tiara. You'll have to run around and talk to a bunch of NPCs before you get a chance to leave for the appropriate area (FFXIV has always been story-rich, and it persists here), but eventually you can talk to Aurvael. Aurvael is in a tent at the western end of the Firmament (x: 10,8 y: 14,0) and chatting with him will get you into the Diadem, assuming you meet a very small requirement. Your gatherer - whether botanist, miner, or fisherman - must be at least level 10. This milestone takes less than half an hour to reach by simply collecting and completing early class quests, so don't worry. not if you don't have your pickers there yet.
Once you've confirmed your trip to the Diadem with Aurvael, it will queue you up for an instance, which will appear with a notification like any other queue. Just select Accept and you will fly away until you reach the new area. Now you can rally until your eyes bleed (and switch collecting class on the fly, assuming they're at least level 10). Anything you collect here can be appraised by the vendor next to Aurvael to be used in your own Ishgardian Restoration Craft, or to be sold in Markets for other Artisans to use.
