Unfortunately, there isn't a traditional New Game Plus game type available after beating Resident Evil 3. If your first game was completed on one of the easier difficulties, you can try beating Resident Evil 3 on a higher difficulty level. Standard and Hardcore modes are available if you have selected assisted difficulty to start. If you beat the game in Hardcode mode, you will unlock the Nightmare difficulty.
