When you play Untitled Goose Game, you are going to run around town completing many tasks where you are harming local villagers. They will get fed up with your antics quickly. However, do you have the ability to create even more trouble by bringing in a friend? Can you play Untitled Goose Game with a friend and bring two geese into the game?
Is Untitled Goose Game multiplayer?
Unfortunately, you will learn exceptionally quickly that Untitled Goose Game does not have an in-game multiplayer feature. You cannot play the game with a friend. You would find yourself burning the village to the ground if you encountered so many problems in one game. The power of two geese would prove to be too much for the locals, and they would all be forced to move elsewhere.
The promoters, House House, have neither discussed nor mentioned adding such a system in the future. Also, they haven't made any further comment if they plan to bring Untitled Goose Game to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or Steam. Nintendo Switch and the Epic Games Store are more than capable of handling a multiplayer form, but the concept of the game and the motivation of the developers to do so may not be there.
However, players can play in multiplayer by having players face off against each other and swap their times to see who is faster. You'll find yourself and your friends competing for the best times, trying to trip a young boy and drop his glasses or frustrating a vigorous man on duty outside a pub.
There is an opportunity there, but nothing official. Either way, players should enjoy the game and the time they have available. It's a good horn.
