This list is dedicated to worthless weapons and joke items that took too much effort to earn. Some of these entries are probably worth the effort for some of you, but you have to be crazy to want to do one of these absurd grinds more than once. Whether it's quick 40-hour games, dodging lightning, grinding for RNG, or attempting to chain over 100 combos, these boring activities have resulted in disappointing rewards. And that's an understatement for some of these entries.

The Recon headset looks good. It might just be an unlockable cosmetic for your personal Spartan soldier in multiplayer, but the Recon headset is one of the coolest in the armory. He has that scout energy that hyperactive players want, with a squint visor to watch your opponents. And best of all, no one else had it - so of course I wanted it. Desperately.
Too bad it takes way too much work to unlock this one cosmetic piece. To get it, you have to complete the absurdly difficult challenges of Vidmaster. And I mean all - including the challenges. Some of the challenges are completely absurd, like entering a ranked playlist with 7 EXP on the 7th day of the month. Another Vidmaster challenge requires you to complete a legendary difficulty level without shooting or throwing a grenade.
The headset is just not worth it.
Stendarr hammer [[]
Stendarr's hammer is a truly impressive weapon. This divine hammer was introduced in the expansion for. Stendarr's Hammer is the most powerful weapon in the game, dealing a maximum of 100 Chop damage for each hit. It's also the heaviest weapon in the game with a weight of 1000. Getting it really isn't that hard - the problem is with using it.
To lift Stendarr's hammer, your character must have maximum strength. That's a total of 100 strength points! But the weapon is the most powerful in the game, so it must be worth crushing?
No, not even close. Stendarr's hammer is fragile. It will break after just a few swings. Basically, Stendarr's Hammer is the heaviest paperweight in the world.
