All Pokémon Spotlight Hour dates and times in June in Pokémon Go

A new month means a new series of Spotlight Hour events in Pokémon Go with new Pokémon. There are four new Pokémon available for the event: Patrat, Numel, Clefairy, and Kricketot. There will be no Spotlight time on the first Tuesday in June, which is June 2.

Spotlight time is when a single Pokémon has a ridiculous chance of appearing, and that usually means you'll see between three and nine around you without having to visit a particular location. It's a new Pokémon every week on a Tuesday. The event is open to everyone, but you must have your Pokémon Go app open from 18:00 p.m. to 19:00 p.m. in your time zone.

Here are all of the dates, times, rewards and Pokémon available during the hour:

    • June 9: Patrat, and you will gain twice the experience for evolving him during the event.
    • June 16: Numel, and you'll earn the Stardust twice for catching it during the event.
    • June 23: Clefairy, and you gain double the experience points for catching it during the event. A shiny Clefairy will also be available during this event.
    • June 30: Kricketot, and you'll earn the candy twice for capturing it during the event.

Of the four picks, Clefairy is the only one that will have a higher chance of potentially being the Shiny variant during the event. Events are always worth attending, especially for those looking to acquire additional Pokémon.

June is a busy month for Pokémon Go players. Along with these events you also take part in the Unova Champion Throwback Challenge if you qualify, or buy the ticket, the 2020 Solstice themed event will take place from the 19th to the 24th. June, and the Bug Out 2020 event will start at the end of June 26 through July 1.
