To complete Optometrist Hive-God's triumph in Destiny 2, you will need to find and destroy all of Savathun's eyes. They are spread all over the place, so in this guide we'll help you find the ones on Io. You can't destroy them just yet, and the assumption is that you'll need an Exotic Track Rifle coming into the game this season to do so.
Below you'll find maps that show the location of the eye and a screenshot showing exactly where it is in that room.
Aphix Conduit Lost Sector
Spawn at the break and head to the back of the area and the Lost Sector of Aphix Conduit. In the last boss room, you will find the eye on the wall, high up.

When you're done in the Lost Sector, head back to the entrance and jump onto the pile of rocks at the entrance. You should be able to see the eye through the area on some Vex stones.

Appear at the break, then watch Asher Mir. You will see the Eye just above it.
Lost Sector Sanctum of Bones
From the Rupture spawn point, go straight ahead and into the Sanctum of Bones Lost Sector. Make your way to the section where the trail winds up and you'll find the eye tucked away in a small stone nest on the back wall.
Tree of the lost oasis
Spawn at Lost Oasis, then continue straight on the path, take a right into a ravine. The eye hides at the root of one of the trees.

Spawn at the Lost Oasis spawn point, then jump onto the rock to your right. You will be able to see the Eye across the area.
Terrbase Charon
You can find it just outside of Terrabase Charon. Spawn at the Giant's Scar, then go through the wall, under the Giant Drill, and through the tunnel on the other side towards Terrabase Charon. It's right outside the entrance on the ground floor.
The Wraith Mines
From there you can jump up and down the tunnel above you. Continue until the end where you fight the darkness to save Io for Ikora. Go down the tunnel on your right, and you will find the eye in a room with the big drill.
Excavation site
Appear at Giant's Scar, then go through the wall in front of you and go up the path to the right, then go down the tunnel. Go from room to room until you reach the huge generator, and the eye will be over the door you entered through.

Spawn at Giant's Scar, then go through the large wall and across the massive drill. The Eye hides on a strut above you.
The Whisper
There are a total of five eyes in the Whisper quest that you will need to obtain. Unfortunately, the Whisper quest doesn't have a map, so you can use the video below to help you find them.
