3. Update your device

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap General, then Software Update.
  3. If an update is available, follow the onscreen steps.

4. Remove and reinstall the application

Please note: Deleting the app will not erase your progress or other game data.

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap General, then tap iPhone Storage or iPad Storage.
  3. Tap Call of Duty: Mobile.
  4. Tap Remove app.
  5. Open the App Store app.
  6. Find and reinstall Call of Duty: Mobile.
  7. Open Call of Duty: Mobile.
  8. Log in with the same account to restore your progress and game data.

Now I'm not sure how well these steps are going to solve the problem, but various people have managed to get them so are worth trying. Mobile game launches are almost defined by their issues, as it is simply not possible for developers to test all types of devices available.

If the above solutions still don't resolve your issues, you need to go to the Call of Duty Mobile site. support page on the Activision website.
