Catherine Full Body's guide to the endings | Catherine: Full Body has 13 different possible endings, determined by the decisions the player makes during the dialogues and on which side (left/center/right) of the Mysterious Gauge the hand is located.
Below, we enter all the steps to unlock the paths with the various characters and the dialogue choices to make to get the endings of each character. Although it's a guide to the endings, it's a spoiler free article because we'll only show you the steps and phrases to select, without revealing the effects.

Rin Route
For this path, the Mystery Meter does not affect the ending, nor the responses to text messages.
Step 1
During the nightmare of the third day and the nightmare of the sixth day, you will be asked questions during the Confessionals, the stages present at the end of each climb in the nightmare chapters. Each of these questions must be answered correctly to allow access to the Rin path.
Step 2
During a Day 6 movie at the Stray Sheep, you will be asked to make several dialogue choices.
Answer all these questions correctly to open Rin's path, which will block the possibility of any other path. If one of these questions is answered incorrectly, the Rin path will end immediately.
Question 1: Someone I need.
Question 2: I don't know yet.
Question 3: A future with Rin.
Step 3
During the nightmare of day 8 and the nightmare of day 9, all questions from the Confessionals will be relevant to Rin's journey. All questions will be asked randomly, with no fixed questions per phase.
5 of these questions must be answered correctly by the end of the nightmare of day 9.
The common theme to answer these questions is true love and leave your comfort zone. Examples of answers to some of the questions asked:
- "Everyone is different"
- "Something I never had"
- "Somewhere I've never been."
- "Someone I'd fall in love with."
- "I'd try"
- "An unknown city"
Step 4
During the stages of the 10th Day Nightmare, each question from the Confessionals will be relevant to the Rin path.
The following table shows the correct answers to these questions.
- Step 10-1: Unlimited creation
- Step 10-2: Love for what I care so much about
- Step 10-3: An infinite possibility
Rin Endings
Bad ending
If by the end of the nightmare of the 9th day the correct answer is given to LESS than 5 questions, you will reach the bad ending.
Normal final
If one or more of the questions from the 10th day's nightmare are answered incorrectly, you will reach the normal ending.
True Ending
If all the questions of the 10th day nightmare are answered correctly, you will reach Rin's true ending.
Catherine's path
To enable Catherine's path, avoid Rin's path during the Day 6 movie at the Stray Sheep by answering at least one of these questions incorrectly.
- Question 1: Someone I need.
- Question 2: I don't know yet.
- Question 3: A future with Rin.
Note: The answers given here are the correct ones, wrong at least one.
How to unlock Catherine's Endings
In order to unlock Catherine's path with its final appendages, this is what is needed:
- Day 5 at the Stray Sheep, you answer a text message saying "How's your stomach?" Then you admit you know the pianist and offer to send a video to Catherine. If you ignore the first message, you can reply to the second message entitled "Heyyy".
- Also on day 5 at the Stray Sheep, you'll receive a text message saying "I knew it looked familiar". Reply to this with a positive text message.
- On the sixth day at Stray Sheep, send a positive message to the text message "I saw it." Note: You will not receive this message if your Mysterious Meter protrudes too far to the right / blue.
Catherine's final
You must correctly answer the Confessionals' questions from the nightmare of Day 9. The ending is also influenced by the position on the Mysterious Meter.

Katherine's route
To unlock Katherine's path, answer at least one of the three questions asked during day 6 at the Stray Sheep incorrectly.
In order to unlock the endings of Katherine's path, you must do so:
- Day 5 at Stray Sheep, answer the text message entitled "Have you seen the news?" Admit you know the pianist and offer to send Katherine a video. If you ignore the first message, you can reply to the second message entitled "I think I just want to be inspired."
- Also on day 5 at the Stray Sheep, you will receive a text message entitled "So will you send me the video?" Reply to this with a positive message.
- On day 6 at the Stray Sheep, it sends a positive message to the text message, "I heard it play". Note: You will not receive this text message if your Mysterious Meter protrudes too far to the left / red.

It is necessary to correctly answer the questions of the Confessionals of the nightmare of day nine.

To enable the Freedom path, avoid Rin's path during the Day 6 movie at the Stray Sheep by answering at least one of the questions you already know incorrectly.
For the finale "True Freedom", the Mysterious Meter must be in the middle.
Confessional questions during the nightmare of the 9th day will be important to determine the final freedom you get.
