To access the Codex, you will need to find it on your character's profile page. To do this, press the Tab key if you are using a keyboard and mouse. If you are using a PlayStation 4, you will need to press the key to enter the game, or if you have an Xbox One, press and hold the Menu button for a few seconds. When you're there, go to the Journal tab of your in-game menu and navigate to the quest page. From there, next door, you will see the Codex.
