Once you reach the Fractured shrines, you must then locate a portal where it is it is raining. The rain reveals a secret - if you look closely you can see invisible platforms in the rain. Watch where the rain bounces off the invisible surfaces above.
Follow the invisible surfaces until you reach a room guarded by a Mini-Boss of the Stone Guardian - you also need the Spider rune to access this island. After going through the trap and defeating the Stone Guardian, you will be able to access a unique treasure chest.
The safe contains Serenade - a new skills plan that fits into your locations. To permanently unlock it, you need to provide the blueprint. The skill summons a talking flying sword that marks enemies for a Critical Strike. It's a strange little weapon that cannot be unlocked in any other way. You owe it to yourself to get this thing.
