Destiny 2 Season of the Undying has arrived, which means new weapons. Three main tower vendors have new ritual weapons that you can get, if you prove your worth to them completely through challenges. Shaxx is ready to give you Randy's throwing knife if you prove you have what it takes to shine in the crucible.
Destiny 2 - How to get the Crucible Ritual Weapon with Randy's Throwing Knife
To get the quest, just go visit Shaxx in the tower. Interact with him and look under Pursuits and you'll see a quest called Reconnaissance By Fire. For this quest, you will need to do the following:
- Final hits with scout rifles during crucible matches
- Earn 2100 Glory
- Defeated enemies and medals
For the last shots, multiple skills guarantee the most progress, as the bar needs to reach 100%. I would suggest something like the Mida Multi Tool, a scout rifle known for its liveliness, although any scout rifle weapon will do.
For Glory Rank, you will need to be in the Competitive Playlist. You want to achieve the rank of Fabled, which is really not that bad and even people like me can do it without too much trouble.
For enemies defeated and medals earned, all you can do is refine matches until you hit the 100% mark. When all of these steps are complete, you can return to Shaxx and get your well-deserved ritual weapon!
