The Solstice of Heroes event started in Destiny 2. Guardians have access to an exclusive armor set and can upgrade it as they participate in the event. The level of this armor varies depending on the level of the wearer.
How to upgrade Solstice armor in Destiny 2
When you start the event for the first time, you need to talk to Eva at the front of the yard. Speaking to her, she will explain to you what the event is about and why your participation is important. After the first interaction, she will give you your first piece of armor, the helmet. The rest you need to collect from the statue. To do this, approach, meditate, and you should receive the remaining coins in your inventory.
The first part of the armor set is labeled Drained. There are three levels Guardians must go through during this event. The armor starts at Drained and continues to Renewed, Majestic, then Masterwork. The main goal of every Guardian during this event is to try and acquire a full set of majestic armor.
Upgrade Solstice Armor
To upgrade the armor, Guardians must complete the quests attached to each piece of armor. These quests change as the Guardians upgrade their rooms. You must complete all quests of the respective armor level to advance to the next rank. You can't jump or go up the line with just one piece of armor. There is a set of armor for hunters, wizards and titans.
