How do I get all the endings of the Detroit Become Human demo

As all fans of Quantic Dream titles will surely know, every choice you make will have more or less predictable consequences. For this very reason, every move we make will have to be carefully considered. In this demo of the game, we will find ourselves impersonating Connor, an android who will try to solve a very complex situation: a robot has gone crazy and, after killing its owner, is on the ledge of the building with a little girl, threatening to make a crazy gesture. It will be up to us to try to untangle the situation and avoid at all costs that the situation degenerates. On the basis of what has been said, we will have to carefully analyze the crime scene, so that we can get all the necessary information before confronting our opponent dialectically, but without allowing too much time to pass.

Once out in the open, we should be able to conduct the dialogue properly, always keeping an eye on the indicator of the trust our rebel android places in us. If we reach 100%, the robot will consider us his friends and accept all our requests; otherwise, the situation will degenerate. Below, we will show you all the possible endings of the Detroit Become Human demo and the steps to follow to unlock them.

Final #1: Connor arrives too late

As you may have guessed, this is the first of the negative epilogues you may run into. In this ending, our Connor won't be able to prevent little Emma's death, thus failing the mission he was assigned. Below, we list the steps to achieve this first epilogue:

  • Step right out onto the balcony where the deranged android is standing;
  • Ask him his name;
  • Keep moving forward in the direction of the robot;
  • In the first dialogue options, choose to empathize with him;
  • In subsequent dialogues, choose the option to "blame";
  • Tell him that, at the root of his ailments, is his "defective" being;
  • Choose the "Realistic" option;
  • Don't agree to the android's request for the helicopter to leave;
  • Tell him this is his "last chance";

Final #2: Connor sacrifices himself to save the child.

In this second finale, however, our negotiator will come to make an extreme sacrifice in order to save little Emma: that of sacrificing his own life. Here are the choices needed to unlock this ending:

  • Step outside to the balcony where the deranged android is;
  • Ask him his name;
  • Keep moving forward in the direction of the robot;
  • In the first dialogue options, choose to empathize with him;
  • In the next dialogues, choose the option to "blame";
  • Tell him that, at the root of his condition, is his being "defective";
  • Choose the "Realistic" option;
  • Do not agree to the android's request to let the helicopter go;
  • Choose the "Bluff" dialog option;
  • Keep getting closer to your target;
  • Press the X button on the controller when prompted;

Final #3: The android Daniel is shot by sharpshooters...

Detroit: Become Human - Guide to All the Endings
From a graphical point of view, you are touching the top of what Quantic Dream has ever achieved.

This is the first of the "positive" endings of the Detroit Become Human demo. In this case, in fact, we will be able to save little Emma, at the expense of the life of Daniel, the rebel android, who will be shot by snipers. That's how we get this ending:

  • First, investigate in Emma's bedroom to find out the name of the Android (Daniel);
  • Next, dwell on her father's corpse and reconstruct the dynamics of his death and the causes that generated it, ending up discovering the tablet;
  • Analyze the corpse of the policeman, reconstruct the dynamics of his death and discover the location of the gun;
  • Take the gun;
  • Go out to the balcony where the rebel android is;
  • Call him by his real name (Daniel);
  • Start moving forward and head towards him;
  • Choose the dialog option to calm him down;
  • When he asks, say you're armed and put the gun on the floor;
  • Mention the relationship between Daniel and Emma;
  • Choose the "Possible Cause" dialog option;
  • Choose the "Comprehensive" dialog option;
  • When Daniel asks, agree to his request to send the helicopter away;
  • choose the "Trust" dialog option;
  • Click the "Compromise" dialog box;
  • Finally, reassure Daniel;

Final #4: Connor sacrifices himself to protect Emma.

This is perhaps the bittersweetest ending to Detroit Become Human. In this case, in fact, our Connor, with a desperate attack, will come to kill Daniel, but he will lose his life protecting Emma with his body from the bullets of the gun of the crazy android. That's how we get to this epilogue:

  • First, investigate Emma's bedroom to find out the name of the android (Daniel);
  • Next, dwell on the corpse of her father and reconstruct the dynamics of his death and the causes that generated it, ending up discovering the tablet;
  • Analyze the cop's body, reconstruct the dynamics of his death, and find the location of the gun;
  • Take the gun;
  • Go out to the balcony where the rebel android is;
  • Call him using his real name (Daniel);
  • Start moving forward and work your way towards him;
  • Choose the dialog option to calm him down;
  • At this point, when Daniel asks you if you are armed, you will have to lie and hide the gun;
  • You mention the relationship between Daniel and Emma;
  • Choose the "Possible Cause" dialog option;
  • Choose the "Inclusive" dialog option;
  • When Daniel asks you to, agree to his request to send the helicopter away;
  • Choose the "Trust" dialog option;
  • At this point, you must choose "Sacrifice" and do your duty;

Ending #5: Daniel shoots Connor.

Detroit: Become Human - Guide to All the Endings
One of the possible endings of the Sony exclusive demo.

No doubt this is the worst epilogue of the story: Connor's words won't get the effect he hoped for; the negotiator will meet his death, hit by a bullet fired by Daniel, and the android will then throw himself into the void together with little Emma. To achieve this ending, you will have to follow these steps:

  • First, investigate in Emma's bedroom to find out the android's name (Daniel);
  • Next, dwell on her father's corpse and reconstruct the dynamics of his death and the causes that generated it, ending up discovering the tablet;
  • analyze the corpse of the policeman, reconstruct the dynamics of his death and discover the location of the gun;
  • Take the gun;
  • Go out to the balcony where the rebel android is;
  • Call him by his real name (Daniel);
  • Start moving forward and head towards it;
  • choose the dialogue option to calm him down;
  • At this point, when Daniel asks if you are armed, you will have to lie and hide the gun;
  • Mention the relationship between Daniel and Emma;
  • Choose the "Possible Cause" dialog option;
  • Choose the "Inclusive" dialog box;
  • When Daniel asks, agree to his request to send the helicopter away;
  • Choose the "Trust" dialog option;
  • After that, intimidate Daniel;
  • Choose the "Convince" dialog option and the cutscene will start;

Final #6: Connor kills Daniel.

The following is the last one of the power amps available in this demo of Detroit: Become Human , and it is certainly the one that most respects the "robotic nature" of our Connor. In this epilogue, in fact, the negotiator will be able to cool Daniel with a gunshot to the head, thus managing to save the girl. Here are the necessary steps for this last finale of the demo of the Quantic Dream game:

  • First, investigate Emma's bedroom to find out the android's name (Daniel);
  • Next, dwell on her father's corpse and reconstruct the dynamics of his death and the causes that generated it, ending up discovering the tablet;
  • Analyze the corpse of the cop, reconstruct the dynamics of his death and find out the location of the gun;
  • Take the gun;
  • Go out to the balcony where the rebel android is;
  • Call him by his real name (Daniel);
  • Start moving forward and head towards him;
  • Choose the dialogue option to calm him down;
  • At this point, when Daniel asks if you are armed, you will have to lie and hide the gun;
  • You mention the relationship between Daniel and Emma;
  • Choose the "Possible Cause" dialog option;
  • Choose the "Comprehensive" dialog option;
  • When Daniel asks you to do so, agree to his request to send the helicopter away;
  • Choose the "Trust" dialog option;
  • At this point, you will need to choose "Use gun" to draw your weapon;
  • Once this is done, pull the trigger, shoot and you will have killed Daniel, saving little Emma;
