It's also one of the most complicated challenges the game has posed so far. You'll need to use a washing machine, replace a broken fuse box, explore an abandoned apartment, get to a coded location, and finally interact with a corpse. Step 1: Meet at the laundry room west of CP Gate in the Civic Center area. It's inside a building marked "UDBG" on the corner. Go inside and "interact" with the washing machine marked with "23«.
Step 2: After using the machine, the room lights will flash on and off. Then you need a replacement fuse. Meet in a garage northwest of the safe dwelling house in the Deux Ponts area - behind the building there is a fenced yard that you can climb into. Follow the yellow wire and pull on the yellow box to unlock the door - inside you'll find an open fuse box. Collect the fuses!
Step 3: Return to the laundry room and insert the fuse into the open fuse box to restore power. Use the washing machine “23” again to obtain the “key to apartment 23”. The laundry room is also attached to an apartment building - go to the second floor and unlock the door. In the apartment, interact with the wall covered in numbers - the numbers are coordinates that point to an alley southwest of the apartment.
Step 4: Go to the aisle shown on the map above - the coordinates are part of the puzzle of apartment 23. In the aisle, look at the roof of a brick building. Bring down the rope, climb up and follow the path to a hidden hideout room. At the locked door, follow the yellow wires to the far yellow box that you can pull.
Step 5: Through the locked door, after shooting the yellow box, you will enter an apartment with text on the wall that says "DARE TO COME CLOSER" - interact with the burnt dead body below the text.
Step 6: Next, go to the burnt down building southwest of the Civic Center area. The area is a smoldering wreckage surrounded by fire engines. It's the tallest building south of the CP gate - you can't miss it. There is a body near the yellow pipe on the ground. If you have interacted with everything, you can now interact with this body.
This summons a pair of hunters in the area. They are extremely aggressive and go away if you die. I recommend bringing some buddies to the fight.
