This is only the first half of two levels set in Hell, so you won't find so many collectibles here. Like Taras Nabad, some of these are quite tricky - so check your card often and make sure to use the Fast Travel feature when you reach the end to grab whatever you missed. There are a lot of things to easily miss here when you are too exhausted by the titanic monster arenas.

How collectibles work in DOOM Eternal:
There are many types of collectibles in: Auto Cards, Runes, Praetorian Points, Weapon Mods, Albums, Cheat Codes, Toys, Sentinel Crystals, and Sentinel Batteries. Every level has an Automap, but not all levels will have Albums, Toys, Cheat Codes, or Slayer Keys.
Basically there are a ton of different collectibles, and below I'll list where to find them all - in the Fallen from start of level to end. Levels in are much more linear, so as long as you follow along, it's easy to get all of the collectibles.
Guide to collection sites
M10: Nekravol - Collectibles Locations:
Sentinel crystal: After the pair of enemies from Cyber Mancubus, you will reach the giant entrance. To the left, in front of the fire-breathing traps, there is a sentinel crystal.
Manuscript: Going up to an interior room, stay on the upper path to find a small ledge with this codex and some microphones.
Toy - Hell Baron: In the arena where you first meet the tyrant, use the yellow pole to swing to a higher pole on the left. There is a hard-to-see soft wall that you can climb over a hidden ledge.
Point had: Pierce the giant brain, then go up in the corridors above. To the right there is a Praetor Point.
Mastery Token: In the room with the crusher trap where several Specters appear.
Point had: Right at the top of the crash trap stairs. You can not miss it.
Automap: Under the previous Praetor point, in a pool of blood below.
Secret meeting: Upon exiting the crusher trap room, you will reach a large chamber filled with bodies in cages. Instead of jumping on the soft wall, drop off the ledge and turn around to find a hidden path.
Toy - Gladiator: Continue after the secret encounter to reach this toy.
Toy - Doom Hunter: After the spinning fire traps, you will have to assemble body cages. In the Crusher Corridor, smash through the cracked wall to find a toy and a mastery token.
Master Token: Right next to the toy in the secret room.
Manuscript: In the corridor where the Marauder appears.
Cheat Code - Famine Mode: In the area where the Marauder appears, go down to a hidden room where the human cages are moved.
Secret meeting: After activating the two green skull switches (after the first encounter with the Marauder), the return door at the start of the area will open, allowing you to access the secret encounter.
Album - You Must Eat Your Vegetables (Enthusiastic): Continue on the path after the secret meeting.
Point had: In the last battle arena, after going through the trap halfway, found just before hitting the statue.
