The big problem is finding them all. If you're like me, you'll walk past cracked walls or miss hidden ledges. From the start of the level, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to reach the towers on your left. Well, it's possible, and it's a bit finicky at the same time. I'll walk you through all the locations in the full guide below.

How collectibles work in DOOM Eternal:
There are many types of collectibles in: Auto Cards, Runes, Praetorian Points, Weapon Mods, Albums, Cheat Codes, Toys, Sentinel Crystals, and Sentinel Batteries. Every level has an Automap, but not all levels will have Albums, Toys, Cheat Codes, or Slayer Keys.
Basically there are a ton of different collectibles, and below I'll list where to find them all - in the Fallen from start of level to end. Levels in are much more linear, so as long as you follow along, it's easy to get all of the collectibles.
Guide to collection sites
M11: Nekravol Pt. II - Collectible Item Locations:
Mastery Token: On the starting bridge, climb on one of the statues on the left and double-jump / dash towards one of the distant towers. Jump to the second tower to reach this token.
Album - Get Them Before You Get You (Wolf 3D): From the second tower with the Weapons Mastery token, rush towards the soft wall of the tower itself to grab it.
Secret meeting: The secret meeting is on the small ledge with the album.
Sentinel crystal: Once you enter the tower, after the first room, you will reach a hallway leading to the central spire. The final crystal can be found here.
Manuscript: Found in the hallway, in front of the blue demonic infection room where you will fight a Destiny Hunter.
Toy - Dread Knight: After the codex, look on the right side of the hallway for a cracked wall.
Secret meeting: Found just behind the toy, through the cracked wall.
Cheat Code - Party Mode: Before you will reach a deep well. Just below the entrance there is a cracked wall. Go down, double-jump, interfere with the wall and go for it to grab the ledge. Otherwise, you will have to reach the end of the stage and quickly go back.
Manuscript: After the battle against the Marauder, you will launch into a corridor with this page.
Album - Flesh and Metal (DOOM 2016): In the hallway after the Marauders Arena, look for a cracked wall on the left side.
Toy - Tyrant: In the room with the rotating platforms and flaming jets, descend to the lower platform, then drop down and double jump into a tiny ledge that is difficult to see under the entrance.
Automap: At the top of the spinning platform / flame jet area. You can not miss it.
Point had: In the big blue room, you will have to jump over it. Stop and look left - there is a spiked wall going up / down. Jump on it and smash the cracked wall.
Manuscript: Follow the main path through the tower and you will find this page.
Toy - Archvile: In the pole of the jump mat, reach the top and go back down. There is a cracked wall halfway up.
Point had: Enter the strange circular chamber with the machinery, go around the opposite side.
Cheat Code - Shift in One Hit: Just below the top of the Silver Tower, after the Creuset charge, there is a small landing with a cheat code and a Praetor point.
Point had: Straight ahead of cheating.
