Escape the Tarkov Flea Market Pricing Guide

Escape the Tarkov Flea Market Pricing Guide

Escape from Tarkov Flea Market is a market where players can put their inventory items up for sale, and other players can buy them. There are three categories in the Flea Market to review items: Browse, Wish List, and My Deals. There is also a search bar where you can search for specific items / weapons.

This guide will include an overview of the flea market, the reputation system, preparation for the sale, and general price advice to consider.

Flea market overview

Whenever you search for an item, be sure to click on the title of the "price" column, which will rank the items from cheapest to most expensive. This is important to find the best deal available. After you reach PMC level 10 in the game, you can start adding deals to the Marketplace, offering items from your stash (excluding Secure Containers). When offering an item, a tax calculated in rubles is deducted from your balance. Rubles are the in-game currency used in Tarkov. Items can be sold by item or sold together as “stacked items”.

The reputation system

After PMC level 5, your reputation rating begins. You can initially offer up to three offers at a time. The way to increase the number of items you can put up for sale is to increase your reputation in the flea market. Every time you sell 100 rubles of items in the market, your reputation gradually increases. Essentially, the value of items sold is tracked, not the number of items sold. Your reputation will diminish if you make an offer and it doesn't sell, or if you withdraw it before it has a chance to sell.

Preparation for sale and advice on prices

If you select an item from your stockpile and choose "Filter by Item", all lists of specific items will be displayed, giving you an accurate idea of the price, which will help you sell your unwanted items competitively. Use of this method with weapons should be done with caution. This is because the listings will show all the offers for a specific gun, regardless of their attachments. It can be a bit confusing, especially if this is your first time browsing the flea market. It is a good idea to remove all attachments from the weapon and sell each part individually, including the desired weapon.

Once you are ready to sell, you can select the "Add Offer" selection in the flea market and choose the weapon or item from your supply. As mentioned above, part of the price you enter will be deducted from your Ruble reserve as a registration fee. So you want to offer items at a reasonable price to prevent them from trading or trading at too low a price.
