Last year, Electronic Arts added Superstar X-Factor capabilities to the Madden franchise. Superstar X-Factors are special abilities in the game that can be activated by completing a trigger, which is only a certain number of objectives. Once the trigger is complete, the X-Factor ability becomes active, giving a particular player a boost in the game. This ability will remain active until that player receives a “Knockdown”.
The X-Factor superstar's abilities are back this year, and the Madden team is currently in the process of announcing which players have these special abilities. But before we get into which players have Superstar X-Factors Madden 21, let's briefly go over each X-Factor ability we know so far, including what each does and how to activate those powers:
Bazooka
- Position: QB
- Capacity: The maximum throw distance has been increased by more than 15 meters (80 meters in total) when active
- Trigger: One full pass over 30 yards
- Knockdown: a bag
Radar flash
- Position: QB
- Ability: Additional blitzers that are not defensive linemen are highlighted during play
- Trigger: three pushes of more than 10 meters
- Knockdown: two bags
Player
- Position Capacity: QB
- Ability: Cannot be intercepted by AI defenders
- Trigger: three consecutive successes of more than 5 meters
- Knockdown: two incompleteness
Pro Readings
- Position: QB
- Capacity: highlights the first open receiver in the pocket
- Trigger: three consecutive successes of more than 5 meters
- Knockdown: a bag
Truzz
- Position: QB
- Ability: cannot fumble
- Trigger: five strokes over one meter
- Knockdown: a tackle for defeat
