Accessories are items you can equip in Final Fantasy 7 Remake that increase your character's stats. The strongest accessories in Final Fantasy 7 Remake are found in the last chapters of the game and some of them are exclusive to the game's difficult mode.
This extra difficulty will only become available once you have completed the title for the first time. None of the accessories in Final Fantasy 7 Remake are unobtainable thanks to the option to select the game chapter.
Most of the accessories are located inside boxes or are given as a reward for secondary tasks.

Chapter 17

This accessory is the most complicated to hold of the whole game.
In order to obtain this accessory, you must complete the challenges of the Shinra combat simulator during chapter 17. To be able to do this, you must first complete all the Horny Arena challenges in chapters 9 and 14, and then complete the 13 combat simulator challenges during chapter 173. You must also have completed the solo challenge for Aerith within the Horne Arena, which is why if you haven't done it use the Opion to select chapter and accept the challenge just after defeating the hell house enemy.
If you are playing chapter 17 having fulfilled all the requirements you will meet Chadley who will tell you about this new version of the combat simulator. Complete the series of challenges team of three people against top secret and complete the fifth round to get this very strong accessory.
