The love potion for Alistair is ready, as is our walkthrough for Chapter 12 of the Sixth Year of the Hogwarts Mystery. Once the potion is complete, with the help of Penny, you'll travel to Knockturn Alley to meet Alistair and exchange him for an Invisibility Cloak. When you arrive you will notice that he is very nervous and, judging by his appearance, he has been waiting for quite a while before you arrive. Once you show him the potion, he'll be pretty cautious about trading, which is understandable given his history with Jae.
Luckily, you'll be able to convince him to make a trade, and you'll soon have an Invisibility Cloak in your possession. However, entering the ministry is not an easy task, especially for one who has never done so before. Before parting, Alistair will advise you to test the cape first before doing anything recklessly.
Jae will suggest testing Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwick. Apparently they're supposed to meet in the Transfiguration classroom, which might be a good opportunity to try on the cloak and see if you can spy on them unnoticed.
