If you've already plunged headlong into the world of Red Dead Redemption 2, you'll immediately realize the enormous amount of content that Rockstar Games has to offer.

Completing the title 100%, thus obtaining the much coveted platinum trophy, will not be an immediate feat at all, and you will have to spend a considerable number of hours.

Among the various tasks you will be called upon to perform, obtaining gold medals will undoubtedly be one of the long and expensive ones.

There will be 104 medals in the video game.

Fortunately, it'll only take 70 to get the silver "Gold Rush" trophy. The above will give you a considerable advantage, as you can freely choose which challenges to try and which not. In this guide, we will give you a complete list of all the missions in RDR 2, chapter by chapter, and what are the requirements to be met to get the gold medal.

Red Dead Redemption 2: How to get gold medals on all missions.

The medals will be obtained by completing missions related to history.

As we said at the beginning, you'll need to get the gold medal in just a few of them, with a choice of 104 different missions. Fortunately, all missions can be played even after completing the game's storyline, and will be playable as many times as you want.

After completing a mission, to keep track of your progress, simply activate the Pause Menu, and then click Advance > History > Select a mission.

In this same menu, you can also activate the gold medal checklist. In doing so, a check mark will appear on each completed requirement.

After completing the main quest, you'll unlock everything you missed in the mission log, so you can replay them calmly (some missions are optional in the storyline, not essential for its completion).

To earn the gold medal on a given mission you must complete ALL of its requirements in a single playthrough.

Be careful: the moment you go to play the mission again, the requirements previously obtained will be reset to zero, forcing you to get them a second time.

For example, if you have completed one goal in your first playthrough, and you only need one more to get the gold medal, you will be forced to get both again. If you only get the requirement you missed, you will not be awarded the gold medal.

What makes things even more complex is the fact that you won't be able to monitor your requirements for the gold medal. They will only be communicated to you after you have completed it.

At the first playthrough you can't see the list of what you need to do to get your hands on the gold medals.
