The 11 ICA agents in Berlin
There are 11 ICA agents in total, and 10 of them relate to the Target challenges for Berlin. Agent Price doesn't have an associated challenge as he is an incredibly easy target placed at the very start of the level.

You only need to kill five ICA agents to complete the Berlin level, but you can replay the level to try and take out different targets. The locations for each target are listed below.
1. Agent price
Agent Price can be found at the default starting location patrolling the forest on his own.
2. Agent Rhodes (The veteran)
Agent Rhodes can be found on level 1 of the culture house. He is disguised as one of the bikers.
3. Agent Swan (The song of the Swan)
Agent Swan can be found near the Chill Out area. He patrols near the river so you can easily push him for an accidental kill.
4. Agent banner (The wall)
Agent banner located above the dance floor. He is disguised as technical staff. You can push it overboard for accidental killing.
5. Agent Tremain (The sniper)
Agent Tremaine is located in the Sniper Nest on the top floor of the building with the bikers. He is positioned near a mounted sniper rifle. You can cause him a gun crash to cause accidental death and earn a trophy.
6. Green agent (The scouts)
Agent Green overlooks the Chill Out area on the roof of the club. You can push it over the railing for accidental killing.
7. Agent Thames (The professional)
Agent Thames is located near the back entrance to the club. He's disguised as a Club Crew. It is quite easy to eliminate because the region in which it resides is quite remote.
8. Agent Chamberlin (The Joker)
Agent Chamberlin is located near the dance floor. He patrols around the dance floor in safety disguise. It is difficult to eliminate him near the dance floor, but his patrol sometimes takes him to remote areas near the basement bar.
9. Agent Montgomery (The leader)
Agent Montgomery is located near the dance floor. He is disguised as the chief of security. It is very difficult to go out unnoticed because it rarely goes to quiet areas. Follow him and wait for him to reach somewhere out of sight for an easy kill.
10. Agent Lowenthal (English)
Agent Lowenthal is located in the garage on the first floor of the building with the bikers. He's disguised as one of the bikers. He stays with a group of them, but you can dress up as a food delivery boy and use emetic poison to force him into the bathroom for an easy kill.
11. Agent Davenport (The recruit)
Agent Davenport is located in the hallway between the Chill Out area and the red toilets. He is wearing a tank top. He follows a very strict patrolling pattern and rarely leaves the sight of onlookers, but you can lure him out of sight with a distraction for an easy kill.
